However, when I used it, I found it a touch too long. The tubing was a little bit too long so that when I used it, it was rubbing against things around it such as the bed linen, the patient's bed, the patient, or my arms. It adds unnecessary noise from the outside.

It has a reinforced yoke, which is the part of the stethoscope where the tube from the chestpiece and the tubes from the binaurals meet. The binaurals are flexible and adjustable and the tension spring is good. WebI heard of Nurse Jenny through her stethoscope reviews and decided to buy the Bjorn Hall. Far and away one of the best stethoscopes I have ever used even with my expensive cardiology stethoscope. The acoustics are great, it's light weight makes it a breeze for all my emergency situations and it's length helps with dealing with covid patients.
