WebSep 20, 2011 · Here's my guide with photos. Step 1: Locate the two hoses that travel from the radiator/engine to the firewall on the passenger side of the engine bay. These are the two that you will be passing water/air through to try and unclog and discharge any stray substance from. I have circled the appropriate hoses in the photos. WebSep 6, 2010 · i wouldnt use draino. not sure what it will do to materials used in radiators. i have heard of people laying them flat with hose connections facing up and filling with every day vinegar. or better yet use a product called CLR. (calcium, lime, rust) youll be supprised what comes out. then flush with regular water. D.
